学龄前儿童行为问题与幼儿教师心理健康水平的相关研究

为了解我省儿童心理发育状况,探讨儿童行为问题形成与幼儿教师心理健康状况的相关程度,促进儿童心理健康发展。采用分层随机整群抽样法,抽取四川省部分城市4-7岁儿童1978名,用Achenbach儿童行为量表(CBCL)中国标准化版本(家长用)1]进行测量,问卷回收率94%;对280名儿童所在班级的幼儿教师采用sc l-90量表测查其心理健康状况水平,并进行相关分析。结果:学龄前儿童行为问题的检出率为18.83%,其中男童检出率(23.31%)高于女童(13.86%),男女之间差异显著(X=10.23,P<0.01),6~7岁组检出率(19.30%)与4-5岁组检出率(18.73%)无年龄差异(X=0.179,P>0.05);幼儿教师心理健康总症状得分与儿童行为问题总分存在着显著的正相关,儿童行为问题的各因子分与幼儿教师的躯体化因子分呈显著负相关,而且年龄越小的儿童行为问题与教师躯体化因子得分的负相关程度越高。

ANALYSIS OF THE CORRELATION BETWEEN PRESCHOOL CHILDREN'S BEHAVIOR PROBLEMS AND THE LEVELS OF PRESCHOOL TEACHERS' PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH

The investigation is to find out the state of children's mental development and the correlation between children's behavior problems and the levels of preschool teachers' psychological health so as to help children develop smoothly.Random samples of 1978 children in some cities of Sichuan Province between 4 and 7 years old have been investigated and they are measured with Achenbach's Children Behavior Checklist(Chinese edition).280 teachers of the children are measured for their psychological health with SCL-90 list and the correlation between children's behavior problems and teacher's psychological health is analyzed.18.83% of the children have behavior problems,and a higher rate(23.31%) of behavior problems in boys than in girls(13.86%) is found.Significant differences exist between male and female(X=10.23,P<0.01),but no significant difference between different age groups(X=0.179,P>0.05).A positive correlation is found between the general scores of teachers' mental symptom and the general scores of children's behavior problems,and a negative correlation between the scores of each factor of children's behavior problems and the scores of the teachers' somatization factors.
