摘    要:近年来,我国食品安全事件频发,严重威胁公众的健康和生活,给社会造成了极大的恐慌。究其原因,这是与我国食品安全管理制度存在的缺陷和漏洞分不开的。如何对食品安全进行及时有效的管理,已经成为政府重要的公共管理课题。本文透过食品安全事件来探讨我国现行食品管理制度的缺陷,并在此基础上提出重构的路径。

Abstract:In recent years,the food security incidents have occurred frequently,seriously threatening public health and life and causing great panic to the society.The reasons are not separate from the defects and vulnerabilities of food security management systems of our country.It has become an important topic for the government in public management how to supervise the food security timely and effectively.This paper tries to discuss the defects of food the security management systems through food security events and put forward the path of reconstruction.
