摘    要:在经济发展过程中,市场竞争存在动态演进过程,可分为五个发展阶段:产品竞争、成本竞争、品牌竞争、服务竞争和标准竞争。其中,标准竞争产生于新型的市场结构———竞争性垄断。在标准竞争中,竞争的核心是产业技术标准,竞争的基础是用户安装基础,竞争的经济法则是需方规模效应,而竞争的主导战略是领导者战略,主要的竞争策略是用户锁定。

Abstract:The dynamic revolution of market competition has experienced five phases:the product competition, the cost competition, the brand competition, the service competition, and the standard competition. The standard competition is the new phase of competition, which bases on the market structure of competitive monopoly.In the of standard competition, the core of competition is the technological standard of industry, the base of competition is the user's installed base. The regulation of competition is the effect of scales based on the demands. Its primary strategy is to be a leader, and its primary practices are the user's lock-in.
