| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代的到来 ,使信息的基础地位在政府管理中得到了充分体现 ,政府在办公方式、管理方式等领域掀起了一股革新浪潮。本文在分析信息系统特点的基础上 ,试图解决政府信息系统所面临的困难并提供了一套可供借鉴和采用的全新模式。

| Abstract: | The arrival of the era of knowledge economy makes the fundamental position of information in government administration fully revealed. Accordingly the upsurge of reforming is in the making, which changes the working method and the administrating method of the government. On the basis of the analysis of the features of information system, this essay attempts to solve the problems which the government is confronted with and offers a creative pattern, which can be served either as a reference or as a practicable choice. |
