| 摘 要： | 电脑写作与传统写作既相同也有异。它是新形势下的一种新的写作方法和技巧。与传统写作相比较，它有着很多的优越性。写作理论和规则指导着电脑写作，顺应时代发展，做到既会电脑写作，又善于电脑写作，对于信息时代的写作者的生存和发展以及写作学科建设都至关重要。
