| Abstract: | Through macroscopic contrast study on the development of science and technology between developed countries and developing countries, this article sums up the causes why developing countries have done little in the modern revolution of science and technology. It also advances the ways by which developing countries can make full use of opportunities to go ahead by leaps and bounds in the new scientific and technological revolution flourishing in the world at present. |
