| 摘 要： | 公民道德建设是我国道德建设理论的新发展。它既体现了历史的继承,又体现了时代的创新精神,具有很强的现实针对性。落实公民道德建设的关键在于必须构建适应新时代的社会主义道德规范体系;必须要有科学的系统的实施思路;必须增强道德建设的时代感;必须大力推进以德育为核心的素质教育;必须以丰富多彩的活动为载体。

| Abstract: | Citizen's morals building in our country is a new development of the theory.It has reflected both the inheritance of history,and the initiative spirit of the times with very strong realistic pertinence.The key of implementing citizen's morals construction lies in constructing the structure of ethic system of the era in accordance with the new socialist code with scientific train of thought of the system of implementation.It must strengthen the sense of the times of morals construction,must advance the competance-oriented education in taking moral as the core energetically and be the carrier with the rich and colorful activity. |
