| 摘 要： | 农业生产发展缓慢 ,农民消费水平滞后 ,是内需不足的重要根源。扩大内需 ,必须以农村市场为突破口 ,在资金和政策上加大对农业的扶持力度 ,发展农业生产 ,增加农民收入 ,提高农民的消费水平。
