四川丘陵地区农村劳动力转移的问题及对策

四川丘陵地区农村不断增长的富余劳动力在一定程度上影响了农村经济的发展。因此,对富余农村劳动力要进行必要的转移,这是增加农民收入、提高农民生活水平的有效途径,也是建设社会主义新农村的重要举措。本文在调查研究的基础上,分析了农村劳动力资源的现状、农村劳动力的特点以及农村劳动力转移的现状,并提出了确保农村劳动力转移有效性和有序性的应对策略。

PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES FOR RURAL LABOR FORCE SHIFT IN SICHUAN HILLY AREAS

The extra labor force growing unceasingly in hilly area countryside has affected the rural economy development in certain degree.Therefore,the essential shift of the extra rural labor force must be carried on, this is the effective way of increasing the peasants' income and getting a raise of their living standard,as well as the important measure to construct the socialist new countryside.On the investigation foundation,the writer has made an analysis of the present state of the rural labor force resources,the characteristics of the rural labor force and the present state of the rural labor force shift so as to guarantee the labor force shift validity and the ordered nature.
