| 摘 要： | 本文主要论述明清时期嘉陵江流域的洪水灾害。从文献统计看，清代洪灾发生的次数大大超过明代，说明洪灾对人类的危害越来越强烈。文中分析了嘉陵江流域洪灾具有普遍性、频繁性、季节性、破坏性、复合性的特点。指出气候、地理、人为活动等为嘉陵江流域洪灾的成因。人们在防治洪灾时采取的灾前、灾中、灾后的各种措施，为减轻洪灾损失和灾后的重建提供了有利条件。

| Abstract: | In this essay the writer has made researches for the Jialing River Basin's flood. According to documents, the number of floods in the Qing Dynasty are bigger than that in the Ming Dynasty. It demonstrates that the flood is more harmful to humanity. He holds that the Jialing River Basin's flood has five characteristics:universality, frequency, seasonality, destructiveness and complexity. He also holds climate, geography, human reasons cause the Jialing River Basin's flood. People take fighting and harnessing countermeasures in order to mitigate damage and rebuild. |
