| 摘 要： | 南朝宋文帝元嘉时期,遣使频繁,其遣使类别因遣使目的不同可分为遣使巡行、遣使赈灾、遣使案狱、遣使慰问和遣使交聘。宋文帝也正是通过遣使从而了解了国情、澄清了吏治、赈恤了灾荒、稳定了社会、繁荣了文化、发展了外交,最终促成了盛名于史的元嘉之治。

| Abstract: | In the period of Yuang-Jia in the South Dynasty,Sung Weng-di dispatched the envoys very frequently.According to different sorts and aims of the envoy-dispatching,it can be divided into dispatching envoys to circumambulate the country,to relieve the people in disaster,to observe the cases,to send greetings and carry out foreign affairs.By envoy-dispatching,Song Weng Di knew the situation of his country,punished the official's corruption,stabilized the society,prospered the culture,developped the diplomacy,and finally made the achievements of Yuan Jia Zhi Zhi well-known in Chinese ancient history. |
