| 摘 要： | 行政制度伦理在整个社会生活中具有广泛而重要的职能。行政制度伦理建设是社会主义市场经济快速发展的必然要求,是社会主义政治文明发展和社会主义精神文明建设的重要保障。要加强行政制度伦理建设,必须确立正确的行政伦理观,加强行政伦理制度化建设,加强行政人员的道德教育,完善行政监督体系,确保行政制度的伦理性。
