| 摘 要： | 在执政资源系统中,"社会"一词主要指公民社会。马克思的市民社会概念,主要指与政治国家相对应的市场经济条件下的私人生活领域和社会组织。马克思、恩格斯关于政党社会资源建设的路径主要包括:建立社会组织、发展社会民主、保障人民利益和促进社会和谐。其对中国共产党社会资源建设的启示主要包括:正确看待民间组织作用,引导民间组织发展;实行民主执政,适应公民社会的发展;坚持"以人为本",切实保障人民的利益;维护社会公平,促进社会和谐。
