| 摘 要： | 在新的反恐背景下,澳大利亚通过颁布法律修正案和制定专门反恐怖法,进行了一系列刑法修正工作,加大了预防和打击恐怖主义犯罪的力度。以澳大利亚刑法为借鉴,我国刑法亦应明确基础性概念,完善罪名体系,集中规定恐怖活动犯罪,并规定特殊刑罚减免事由,从而为国际反恐合作提供完备的法律基础。

| Abstract: | In order to cope with the increasingly serious threats of terrorism, Australia has passed a series of legal amendments and anti-terrorism acts to prevent and crack terrorist offences. Keeping rationality and catholicity, the Australian criminal law defines the fundamental conceptions and forms a complete system of terrorism crimes. Compared with it, Chinese criminal law should be perfected to prevent and punish terrorism crimes for further international anti-terrorism cooperation. |
