我国女性犯罪原因的社会学研究综述

我国对女性犯罪原因进行的社会学研究具有四种理论视角:社会化过程、社会变迁、社会文化和社会性别。前三种视角是传统的社会学视角,认为社会化过程的缺失、对社会变迁的不适应、社会文化的冲突和不良文化的影响是造成女性犯罪的主要原因。而建立在女性主义社会学理论基础之上的社会性别视角的女性犯罪原因研究,则强调男女两性所占有的社会政治、经济、文化等资源上的不平等是造成女性犯罪的深层次原因。

A Survey on the Sociological Research on the Reasons of Female Crime

There are four theoretical perspectives to the sociological research on the reasons of female crime in our country,i.e.socialization,social changes,social culture,and social gender.The first three is traditional sociological perspective,which ascribes the female crime to the absence of socialization,inadaptability to social changes,cultural conflicts,and the influence of unhealthy culture.While the social gender perspective,based on the feminist sociological theory,emphasizes the fact that the inequality in the resources of politics,economy,and culture between male and female is the deep reason.
