认知疲倦的结构与影响因素

"认知疲倦"(cognitive fatigue)是指个体在对各种信息进行认知加工时引起的劳累、疲乏、困倦等主观体验。认知疲倦的内在核心成分是认知功能弱化,它主要包含感知疲倦、注意疲倦、记忆疲倦、思维疲倦、想象疲倦这五个成分,认知情绪消极、认知意志薄弱和认知行为退缩是认知疲倦的外显的、重要的成分。认知行为退缩是认知疲倦的直接结果。认知功能弱化往往伴随着认知情绪消极和认知意志薄弱,直接导致认知行为退缩。而认知情绪消极、认知意志薄弱和认知行为退缩则直接加剧认知功能的弱化。认知情绪消极和认知意志薄弱可以直接引起认知行为退缩,而认知行为退缩往往伴随着认知情绪消极和认识意志薄弱。认知情绪消极和认知意志薄弱是相互引起的关系,这两者相生相伴。认知行为退缩往往伴随着认知行为消极和认知意志薄弱。认知疲倦产生的内在因素包括:记忆水平、个性特征、认知加工策略,外在因素包括:材料难度、材料数量、认知加工连续时间等。

On the Structure and Influencing Factors of Cognitive Fatigue

Cognitive fatigue is defined as fatigue or tiredness happened when individuals process various kinds of information. But there is rare research on the inner structure and the measurement of cognitive fatigue. From the perspective of cognitive load theory and burnout theory, and based on literature analysis and deep interview, the theory of cognitive fatigue is constructed, proposing its definition, analyzing relevant relationship, constructing the components of cognitive fatigue such as weakness of cognitive function, negative of cognitive emotion, and withdrawal of cognitive behavior. At the same time, the influencing factors of cognitive fatigue is also analyzed from the internal and external perspectives. In specific, the former includes memory level, individual personality, and strategy of cognitive processing, while the latter consists of material difficulty, amount of material, duration of cognitive processing.
