论我国公司社会责任理论的完善

被寄以厚望的公司社会责任理论,在我国的司法实践当中并没有起到人们预期的效果,究其原因,主要在于我们在理解这一理论的过程当中还存在着许多误区,例如对公司社会责任的现实意义、含义、性质等很多方面的理解都存在一定的偏颇。公司社会责任理论还有待于我们结合本国的实际情况不断地加以完善。

On Improving the Theory of Corporate Social Responsibility in China

The effect is not the way it was expected that the theory of corporate social responsibility in judicial practice in China.The author believes that there are still many errors in understanding the theory of the process,such as corporate social responsibility of practical significance,meaning,the understanding of many aspects of nature.Corporate social responsibility theory has yet to be combined with their actual situation.We must continually improve those with Chinese situation.
