高校共青团工作的几点思考

随着经济全球化、信息网络化、国际文化冲突加剧以及我国改革开放、社会主义市场经济的深入发展,大学生群体也相应呈现了前所未有的思想多元化,需求多样化等特点,这是社会的进步,但同时也给高校共青团工作带来挑战。新时期,高校共青团工作要主动适应形势,在改革创新中实现跨越。作为高校的团干部,在新形势下更应坚持以"三个代表"重要思想为指导,坚持与时俱进、开拓创新,确立符合时代特点的自身工作定位,全面创新共青团工作。

Some Thoughts of the Work in College Communist Youth League

Along with the development of economic globalization,the information network,the reform and open-up policy in China as well as the socialist marketing economy and the conflict of international cultures,the community of college students correspondingly has presented the unprecedented multiplicated thought and the diversificated demand,which shows the advancement of society the challenge to the work in college Communist Youth League.In the new period,the work in college Communist Youth League must adapt to the situation on their own and develop through the reform and innovation.As college Communist Youth League cadres,we should view "Three Representitatives" as our guiding idea,and keep pace with times in order to comprehensively innovate the work in Communist Youth League.
