论学校在人格教育上的不足及对策

学校教育在学生的人格形成过程中起重要作用,教育之根本首先在于培养人,而且是培养拥有健康人格的人.目前学校教育中存在着人格教育上的种种不足:教育目标方面的以政治教育代替人格教育、智育第一的教育、片面的人格教育,助长了学生不良人格的形成;教育方法的失误直接导致学生形成不良人格;教师人格不完善也是学生不良人格形成的原因之一.就最近的一些调查显示,目前在大学中普遍存在着大学生严重人格缺失的现象,并且人格障碍的极端行为时有爆发.再一次提醒我们:学校教育的根本在于培养学生的健康人格,培养健康人格的切入点在以下四个方面:学校教育从根本上重视人格教育;重视民主平等精神的传播;提高教师的人格魅力;加强心理健康教育.

The Deficiencies and Countermeasures in Personality Education

School education plays an important part in the process of formation of students' personalities. The essence of education is primarily training man making them into those with healthy personality. At present, school education has various kinds of deficiencies in its personality education: in the aspect of objective of education, replacing personality education with political education, placing intellectual education at first place, focusing on one-sided personality education. All these lead to the formation of students' personality disorder. Teachers' imperfect personality is also one of the reasons of students' personality disorder. According to a recent survey, students' serious lack of personalities is a common phenomenon at universities, and their personality barriers freoquently causes the explosion of some extreme behaviors.This article maintains that educational authority should focus on cultivating the students' healthy personality in the following four aspects: first, school education should emphasize personality education; second, importance should be attached to the dissemination of democratic spirits; third, efforts should be made to enhance teachers' personal charm; fourth, more attention should be paid to psychological health education.
