对高校素质教育理念及途径的探讨

社会所需要的高素质人才与目前高校培养出的人才之间的差距现实地摆在所有教育工作者乃至全社会面前,如何在现有高等教育资源还很紧缺的情况下,通过一定的教育方式,使这一矛盾得到缓解,是当前我们所面临的十分紧迫的问题。高校素质教育应在什么指导思想下,通过何种途径、围绕什么内容展开,对这一问题的探讨极具现实意义。

On Theory and Approach of Quality-oriented Education at Colleges and Universities

Along with the social and economic development, more qualified and better-trained talents are required. Such requirement has brought about a challenge to Chinese educators, particularly to those working at the institutions of higher learning--how can colleges and universities bring up a generation of higher qualified talents. Therefore, this article aims to explore the quality-oriented education and gives some suggestions as to how Chinese educators will face this challenging situation with the limited educational resources.
