加强就业指导,提高就业质量——北京化工大学研究生就业观调查及分析

本文在对北京化工大学研究生就业调查问卷数据进行分析的基础上,概括了目前研究生的基本就业态度,指出了其中的优势和不足。并对不同类别学生就业观的不同点进行了分析,找到了几个影响研究生择业态度的主要因素,如性别、年龄、学科差异、个人经历等。基于此本文还提出了引导研究生树立正确就业观的几个工作方向。

Strengthen the Occupation Guidance and Improve the Quality of Obtaining Employment--Investigation and Analysis on the Occupation Opinion of Graduates of BUCT

Based on the data derived from the investigation on occupation opinion of graduates, this paper sums up the general attitudes of graduates towards occupation. Meanwhile, the advantages and disadvantages of the attitudes are pointed out in this paper. Moreover, the different opinions among students in obtaining employment are also analyzed at large. In fact, the main factors which can influence choosing occupation are listed as the following, sex, age, major, experience and so on. At last, some suggestions on how to help graduates to build up their correct occupation opinions are put forward.
