| 摘 要： | 经济宪法学是宪法学学科体系中的重要组成部分,它的研究围绕以财产权为核心的基本经济自由与权利展开,寻求国家权力介入公民经济生活的边界。对经济宪法学的研究应以宪法文本为基础,分析宪法中保障经济自由与权利的相关制度。经济宪法学还应研究经济自由与权利与其他宪法权利之间的关系、经济权利与自由对宪政、经济发展的作用以及国家权力的经济基础等问题。
