| 摘 要： | 在深化教育体制改革浪潮中,高校体育教学改革要适应健康新观念,教学目的从增强体质向增进学生健康和培养学生终身体育能力转化。本文针对高校体育教学目标、教学内容、教学手段、教学方法、师资队伍建设、评分体系等方面进行理论上的探索。
