| 摘 要： | 公司内部管理制度的变革会在公司外部行为中反映出来。西方国家公司管理经历了股东大会中心主义到董事会中心主义的转变．现代又发生了“经理革命”。这种权力在公司机构间的移动过程相应地改变了价格卡特尔的表现形式。进而改变了法律规制卡特尔的方法。
