Abstract:Music can benefit our college English teaching. This function of music had long been ignored, though. Some researchers tried to include some music works in their college English teaching materials, however, they did it randomly, not systematically. This article probes the feasibility and the basic principles of introducing music into college English class, so as to lay a theoretical basis to the making use of music in college English class.
