| 摘 要： | 当今时代是知识经济时代,知识经济时代需要人才,尤其是需要大量的创新人才。作为高等院校应该肩负起培养创新人才的重任。但是,目前我国高等院校无论是观念、教学手段、教材,还是教师的素质都不足以培养高素质的创新人才,必须尽快加以改进。
