| Abstract: | Rule of law has become the basic governmental policy of our country,the soul of which is togovern under the constitution. And constitutional supervision is the key to it. Therefore,strengthening constitutional supervision and perfecting its system are of great importance to establishing our socialist legalstate. This article points out the main defects existing in the system and puts forword some suggestion ofperfecting. |
