地方政府管理模式的制度创新及其作用--珠江三角洲模式、苏南模式和温州模式的比较

改革开放以来,中国经济区域发展的态势十分明显。地方政府管理对于区域经济发展具有十分重要的作用。从区域公共管理的视角来看,以苏南模式、珠江模式和温州模式为代表的地方政府管理模式在区域经济发展背景下的制度演进过程各有其内在制约因素,并呈现出各自不同的特色。

Institution Innovation and Its Role of Managerial Patterns in Local Government

The academy had studied the regional development of China since it's taking the reform and open policy in 1978 from geography, economics and sociology and so on. While this article try to study it from the regional public administration especially from the angle of regional public management. This paper chooses the typical local governmental patterns of Pearl River Delta, Sunan County and Wenzhou County in China, analyzes the relationships between regional economy development and the institutional reform of local government, compares their characteristics and function in the regional development, as well as the reasons of forming these models. Furthermore, it forecasts the future of these three models in the development of globalization and the process of building market economy system in China.
