流动人口养老保险差异分析

在2009年温州市人口结构变化专项调查数据的基础上，分析了流动人口内部分化及其对养老保险的影响。研究发现，性别、教育程度、年龄、职业、居留意愿和流动时间等都会对是否参加养老保险有影响。据此认为应该以流动人口内部分化为思路设计养老保险制度，坚持分类、自愿、多样的原则，提高不同类型养老保险的相互衔接和统筹层次，从而进一步完善流动人口养老保险。

On the Differentiation in Old-Age Insurance of Floating Population

Based on the data of the particular investigation on the change of population structure in Wenzhou City 2009,this paper analyzes the inside differentiation of floating population and its impact to the old-age insurance.It is found that the gender,education level,age,occupation,residing preference and floating time are all influencing factors affecting the population's participation in the insurance.
