Reflecting on the Status of Remarried People

In order to control the gradual birth increase nowadays as a result of the rise of divorce rate and propotion of childbearing people,esp the special group of remarried people who are often made allowance for another child,the author suggested that we should improve the synchronous managemetn of marriage and birth control,and amplify the examination and approval system of making allowance for another child and so on.
