| 摘 要： | 在对非营利组织及其相关概念与特征进行介绍的基础上,对中西方非营利组织发展的历史背景、影响因素进行了简要的回顾与比较分析。20世纪80年代以来,西方国家非营利组织得到蓬勃发展,但是非营利组织在中国传统条件下由于缺乏制度支撑和文化支持,尚处于起步阶段。中国1978年以来的全方位改革,为非营利组织的发展提供了一个良好的社会环境和发展契机。

| Abstract: | In this article, the author introduced the concept and the basic characters of Non-profit organizations, whose different developments in China and in western country are due to the different social conditions. As the Chinese traditional systems and culture couldn't give them inadequate support, they were not as developed as those in western countries, but the reform has now given a good chance to them. |
