| 摘 要： | 加快我国社会养老服务的发展已开始成为共识,但社会养老服务的属性一直没有得到明确。从我国国情出发,提出社会养老服务要坚持公益性,进而围绕着社会养老服务公益性的内涵、特点、目标和模式进行了分析,并从五个方面提出了社会养老服务公益性的实现途径。

The Public Benefits of Social Old-age Care Service and Its Implementation in China |

| Abstract: | It is known to all that the development of social old - age care services should be improved promptly. The attributes of social old - age care services, however, are still not being explained explicitly. This paper, considering current background of China, affirms the public benefits of social old - age care services and aims to analyze the connotation, characteristics, objectives and patterns of the public benefits. In addition, five imple- mentation approaches are put forward to improve the public benefits of social old - age care services. |
