从“家庭供养”到“经济自给”:经济欠发达农村老年人经济供养方式的转变

对苏北某县的养老调查显示,老年人自己的经济供养支持力已经超过家庭的供养支持力,家庭供养为主转变为以经济自给为主。这一方面反映出社会转型期供养功能弱化,另一方面反映出社会养老保障尚未建立起来情况下农村老年人养老的无奈。政府须通过适当的政策引导,形成"养老金+劳动所得+家庭供养"多元均衡的养老格局。

A Model Change of the Elderly Supporting in the Underdeveloped Rural Areas: From Family-Support to Economic Self- sufficiency

The sample survey on which the paper is based conducted in a certain county in northern Jiangsu prov- ince shows that the rural economic supporting model in the areas has transformed from the family - support to the self - sufficiency, as the elder people are more supported by themselves than their children. The change is a pas- sive and helpless choice when the traditional family support is being weakened, but meanwhile the social -sup- port system has not been established. Government should develop the social mechanism of economic support, and eventually help forming a multiple and proportional elderly security system of ＂pension, labor income and family support ＂
