摘    要:为了探讨大学生网络心理健康团体教育辅导的可行性及其对大学生网络人际心理健康的影响 ,综合运用人本主义、行为主义、理性情绪疗法等原理方法 ,结合知识讲授、网上实时心理辅导、讨论和家庭作业等方式 ,对大学生进行网络心理健康团体辅导。通过对某高校 30名大学生进行调查 ,结果显示 ,这种网络心理健康团体教育辅导对促进大学生网络心理健康十分有效 ,有效减少了大学生使用互联网的负面影响。同时 ,要注意辅导形式的互动性、内容的多样性和实用性以提高其成效。

Abstract:In order to probe into the feasibility and influences of in-group education and instruction on cyber mental health for college students, college students are educated and instructed in group on cyber mental health by combining some principle approaches, e.g. humanism, behaviorism, emotion therapy, and some instructional approaches, like lecture, online real-time psychological instruction, discussion and homework. Through a survey to 30 students in a college, the result indicates that in-group education and instruction on cyber mental health is very effective to promote cyber mental health of college students, and also helpful in reducing negative influences caused by Internet. However, due consideration must be given to improving its effects by increasing the interactivity, diversity and practicability of such in-group education and instruction.
