| 摘 要： | 在就业压力日益增大的情况下,多种途径的非正规就业成为大学生就业的一条重要途径.这种非正规就业包括到企业或单位实习、兼职、自我创业、网上创业等途径.目前由于观念、教育体制、政策制度等方面的原因,大学生非正规就业存在一些困境,据此,提出转换思想,鼓励创业;重视职业教育;改革户籍、人事、税收制度,完善法律法规与社会保障;建立正规系统的实习、兼职信息和政策平台等建议.

| Abstract: | With the pressure on employment mounting,informal and multi-way employment has become an important approach for college students to find jobs,which including working as a jackeroo,part-time jobs,private-run business and tradeing online.However,because of problems in conceptions,systems and policy college students do not always find informal approaches effectively to their jobs.Suggestions are put forward in the paper accordingly. |
