| 摘 要： | 加强高校辅导员队伍的职业化、专家化建设关系到辅导员队伍的稳定,关系到高校人才培养的质量,关系到国家人才培养战略目标的实现。在目前情况下,要建立一支职业化、专家化的辅导员队伍必须做到:加强辅导员培养和选拔的制度和机制建设,加强学生工作的规范、流程、技术和方法的研究与应用。

| Abstract: | Building a troop of professional and expert instructors in colleges is to contribute to the stability of the contingent, to result in the high quality of college talents. In the present situation, we must strengthen systematic and mechanic construction to select and train the instructors, and intensify the theoretical and practical study of the rules, criteria, technique and method the student works. |
