| 摘 要： | 2005年7月在日本神户召开了第7届亚太地区艾滋病大会。大会侧重讨论了当前在为全球300万艾滋病患者提供抗病毒治疗过程中出现的问题,提出了在流动人口中预防艾滋病的工作策略,并在政府与非政府组织广泛合作方面形成共识。
