| 摘 要： | 通过对陇东老区农村打工流动人口家庭的抽样调查,将农村流动打工人口家庭归纳为空巢型、候鸟型、留守型及主辅型四种。指出他们中存在的主要问题是:转换身份难,融入城市难,子女教育有缺失,诱发家庭矛盾纠纷以及超生。提出了解决这些问题的思路和对策。

| Abstract: | According to a sample survey in old revolutionary base areas east Gansu Province,the migrating rural workers' families can be classified into the 4 types: the one of empty-nest,of migratory-bird,of staying-behind and of host-auxiliary.Among them the main problems are: difficult transformation of their status,difficult harmony with city life,neglect of their children's education,induces the domestic dispute as well as the excess birth.Proposed solves these questions mentalities and the countermeasure. |
