计划生育综合改革形势下的宣传教育工作中,存在认识不到位、工作方法不能随着计划生育改革形势进行转变、缺乏针对性分级分类指导以及经费短缺等问题。面对这一情况,我们必须改革创新计划生育宣传教育工作,要从建设生育文化的高度,对宣传教育工作进行观念、机制、载体、内容、形式五个方面的创新,同时还要进行信息反馈、宣传品管理、干部培训等制度的创新和规范,以确保计划生育工作的持续发展。

The Innovation of FP Publicity and Education

Such issues have occurred in the present FP publicity and education as dissatisfactory working awareness,inappropriate working approaches which cannot keep up with the reform,inadequate grades of working instructions and deficient fund as well.Facing this situation,the paper put forward the suggestions on reforming the publicity and education,from establishing a new bearing culture to innovating the working idea,mechanism,carrier,content and modes,so as to guarantee the stable development of the FP work.
