新生代农民工现代性人格发展状况及影响因素

根据成都城区抽样调查的结果,探讨新生代农民工现代性人格发展状况及其影响因素.研究发现,新生代农民工现代性人格已经发展到了一个相对较高的水平,处于从传统向现代转换但更倾向于现代性的过渡型人格中.回归分析结果表明,学历、传媒接触、城市经历、工作组织化程度、社会交往对其现代性人格的发展有显著影响,而家庭背景对其现代性人格的发展没有影响.

A Personality Transformation in the New Generation of Rural Emigrant Workers and its Influential Factors

Based on the analysis of a sample survey in the urban area of Chengdu City,the paper explores the new generation of rural emigrant workers,finding that the group of people has now possessed a more modern personality than before,which can be considered as a kind of transitional character.It shows by regression analysis that the development of the personality is mainly impacted by such factors as the followings: their education level,their touch with the media,their urban experience,the organizational degree of their employment,their social contact,while,on the other hand,their family background have had no effect on it.
