新生代农民工工作满意度影响因素分析

摘    要:基于重庆市720份新生代农民工的调查数据,采用因子分析和二元离散选择模型,对新生代农民工工作满意度的影响因素进行实证分析,结论显示:大多数新生代农民工对工作持满意态度;社会保险主因子对新生代农民工的工作满意度影响最大,工作环境与阻碍因素主因子影响次之,个人特征主因子影响最小;失业保险、社会地位、落户城市、工资拖欠、工伤保险、工作环境、劳动合同、收入、职业培训对新生代农民工工作满意度的正向效应依次递减,养老保险对工作满意度具有负效应。据此,从新生代农民工退出农村、进入城市和融入城市三个环节提出建议。

An Analysis of Influencing Factors of Job Satisfaction of New Generation Migrant Workers
Abstract:Based on Chongqing 720 new generation migrant workers survey data, the paper uses factor analysis and binary discrete choice model to analyze influencing factors of job satisfaction of the new generation migrant workers. The results show that most of the new generation migrant workers hold sat-isfied attitude to their jobs; social insurance primary factor has the greatest impact on job satisfaction, followed by working conditions and obstacles factors; personal characteristics main factor has the smal-lest affect on job satisfaction; unemployment insurance, social status, settlement, wage arrears, work injury insurance, working environment, labor contracts, income, and vocational training have de-scending positive influence on job satisfaction; pension insurance has a negative effect on job satisfac-tion. Finally, the paper gives suggestions from aspects of exiting rural areas, entering cities, and blending into cities.
