| 摘 要： | 家庭社会工作实务的开展既要植根于本土的社会文化背景,又要借鉴西方成熟的理论。可资纳入的理论框架既包括纵向的社会转型与家庭转变、家庭发展与家庭生命周期,又包括横向的系统视角与家庭生态系统、社会性别与女性主义。这些理论有助于实务工作者从变迁、生态、互动以及差异的综合维度理解中国家庭和家庭关系,并以此为基础开展实务工作。

The Theoretical Perspective of Family Social Working Practice |

| Abstract: | To carry out the family social working practice, a broad theoretical horizon is needed. Roo-ting in the native social culture, it is necessary to borrow from the Western. Acceptable theoretical framework consists of social and familial transition, family development and life cycle, system perspec-tive and family ecological system, social gender and feminism. These theories help practicers under-stand Chinese family and family relationship from a comprehensive dimension of transition, ecology, interaction and differentiation, and carry out work on the basis. |
