城市老年人居家养老服务需求及影响因素——基于成都的社会调查

以"成都市武侯区老年人生活质量及服务需求"调查数据为依托,对影响城市老年人居家养老服务选择的诸多因素进行Logistic回归统计分析。得出结论:对城市老年人而言,其居家养老服务需求的选择受性别、文化程度、婚姻、居住方式、经济状况、养老意愿、子女数目等因素影响,但现阶段对居家养老服务需求形成显著影响的主要是年龄和健康状况。

Study on Service Demand at Home and Influencing Factors of the City Elderly: Based on the Social Investigation of Chengdu

Employing the survey data from “Quality of life and service needs of the elderly in Wuhou District, Chengdu". We make logistic regression analysis in elements that influence service demand at home of city old people. The conclusions are as follows: gender, education, marriage, ways of living, economic status, pension intention and number of children, which have a certain impact on the needs of the elderly home care service. However, at this stage, the age and health status have significant influ-ence on the needs of the elderly home care service.
