韩国性别比失衡治理探析

韩国人口出生率在1962年实行计划生育政策后快速下降,而出生性别比在20世纪80年代中期以后迅速上升,出现人口性别比失衡现象。进入20世纪90年代,韩国政府采取综合措施治理性别比失衡,目前其人口出生性别比已经下降到正常水平。梳理和总结韩国调整人口性别比的治理经验,对中国具有借鉴意义。

South Korea’s Experience in Controlling Imbalanced Sex Ratio at Birth

South Korea’s birth rate dropped rapidly after 1962 when its family planning policy was carried out,while its sex ratio at birth went up fast after the mid of 1980’s,with sex imbalance appearing.In 1990 s,the government took comprehensive measures to control the imbalance.So at present its sex ratio at birth has fallen to a normal level.Reviewing and summarizing South Korea’s experience in controlling sex ratio is of significance and reference to China.
