摘    要:利用"2008年珠三角城市外来务工人员调查"数据,运用Kaplan-Meier存活函数和Cox比例风险模型等方法,分析外来务工人员初次转工间隔及其影响因素。结果显示,外来务工人员转工频繁,就业不稳定;初次转工间隔存在显著代际差异,"80后"新一代外来务工人员比"80前"老一代流动频率更高;两代外来务工群体分别遵循不同的转工流动路径。个人特征中的人力资本、社会资本因素对新一代外来务工人员初次转工风险率有显著影响,而组织性因素对老一代有显著影响。

Abstract:Based on the 2008 survey of migrant workers in Pearl River Delta,and using Kaplan-Meier survival estimates and Cox proportional hazards model,the research studied the interval between the beginning and end of the first job and its influencing factors.The findings show: the people often change their jobs,hence in an unsteady-employment state;the length of the first job is notably deferent between generations,with the young generation(post 80s) moving more frequently than the old generation(before 80s);the two generations follow different paths of job change.Such factors as human capital and social capital play an important role in the post-80s generation,while the old one is remarkably affected by the organizational factors.
