摘    要:用户创新正在成为一个日益普遍的现象 ,在企业的创新体系中扮演着越来越重要的角色 , 因此对用户创新行为及形成条件进行研究尤为必要。从用户参与深度和参与阶段来衡量 ,用户创新行为可划分为三种范式 :用户主导创新、用户合作创新和用户自主创新。实证调查结果表明 :创新意愿、创新能力、代理成本、制造商支持、项目复杂度和信息粘性是用户创新的六个条件 ;不同条件决定了不同的用户创新范式 ;处于不同创新阶段的用户创新行为也需要不同的条件。企业可在既定的条件下选择最有利于自身的创新模式 ,以最大限度地整合用户的创新能力 ,提高企业的市场竞争力。

Abstract:User innovation is becoming increasingly common and has been playing a more and more important role in the enterprise innovation system . Therefore , a systematic study on the behavioral and evolving conditions of the user innovation is theoretically necessary . The user innovation behaviors are divided into three paradigms : User-centered innovation , User cooperation innovation and User self-innovation , categorized by the extent to which the users are involved and the phases in which the users participate . A model of the conditions and paradigms for user innovation is proposed in this paper . The result of the empirical investigation indicates that several factors that deeply affect the innovation activities include innovation desire , innovation capability , agency cost , complexity of innovation project and information stickiness . Different conditions lead to different innovation paradigms;and innovation behaviors in different phases need different conditions too . Enterprises can choose the favorable innovation style in certain conditions so as to make the best use of the user innovation capability and enhance its market competitiveness .
