摘    要:农民工子女的教育问题包括流动儿童教育问题和留守儿童教育问题两个方面.流动儿童教育问题具有多元性,除了因户籍制度造成的"上学难"外,还体现在流动儿童聚集地与城市教育资源的分布不一致性、流动儿童学习过程的不连续性;流动儿童家庭教育功能的弱化.农民工在城市较差的经济状况,决定了大部分留守儿童短期内无法结束其留守状态.定量分析结果表明,农民工的教育与技能水平决定了其工资报酬水平,但目前农民工整体的文化程度和技能水平都较低,大多数未受过职业技术培训,且对今后接受职业技能培训的意愿不高.本文针对以上问提出了对策的建议.

Abstract:The education of migrant workers' children includes two aspects: one is about migrant children and the other is about left-behind children.The education issues of migrant children are diversified.Besides migrant children's difficult schooling caused by household registration system,there are also three other problems such as migrant children's difficult schooling caused by inconsistency of education resources between their origins and destinations,discontinuous education process caused by their parents' unstable employment and weak family education caused by their parents lower education degrees and longer working time.The main cause of education issues of left-behind children is lack of their parents' effective supervision and family care.The poor economic conditions of migrant workers in cities determine that the majority of left-behind children can't get rid of their left-behind status in a short period of time.The results of quantitative analysis indicate that the migrant workers' wages are decided by their education degrees and skills.But the migrant workers' education degrees and skills are comparatively low.Most of them haven't received training and are unwilling to receive vocational and technical training in future.Finally,based on the above issues,the paper proposes to consider the education system and education resources arrangement from the perspectives of urban and rural integration,and regional integration.A coordinating system with destination as focus and origin as complementation should be established.Schools and urban communities should play more important roles.Governments,and related companies and enterprises in both destinations and origins should attach great importance to migrant workers' vocational skills training,and improve their enthusiasm to participate in the vocational skills training by strengthening services and increasing input and policy guides.
