| 摘 要： | 提高企业知识吸收能力是开放式创新成功的关键因素。我国企业自主创新能力薄弱,对外 部知识吸收能力不足。对企业知识吸收能力的影响因素进行归纳和实证研究后发现,企业在社会网络中 的位置、企业获取外部知识的渠道、企业与外界联系的频繁和密切程度,是企业潜在吸收能力的关键因 素|企业社会资本的关系维度、企业外部知识属性对实际吸收能力有重要影响。另外,企业知识基础、企 业研发活动强度、员工的学习强度和方法、开放的组织文化、企业学习机制对提升潜在吸收能力和实际吸 收能力也起着重要的作用。 |
