| 摘 要： | 在对跨学科教育与研究日益支持的背景下，大学跨学科学术组织的发展将成为我国高等教育系统改革的一个突破方向。当前，我国大学整体上处于由独立学科模式向学科会聚模式过渡的初级阶段，部分研究型和综合性大学正在从金字塔式的单学科学术组织向矩阵式的跨学科学术组织模式转型。与此同时，我国大学学术组织模式在管理体制和运行机制上的历史积弊已经成为制约我国大学跨学科教育与研究发展的结构性障碍。因此，我国大学应该从跨学科战略、人才培养模式、投入机制创新、评价机制完善和社会网络建设等五个方面来设计大学跨学科学术组织发展的变革策略。
