| 摘 要： | 东部地区经济的快速增长离不开资本的支持，但东部地区在财政收入与支出、固定资产投资、FDI、对外投资、银行存款与贷款余额五方面均存在差别。加上东部各省市不同的经济结构和外资利用情况，各省市经济的发展呈现较大差异。实证检验证明：东部地区资本流动省际差异巨大，从银行存贷资金来看，东部地区均是资金流出地；人均固定资产投资对各地区的经济均有显著的促进作用，但地区经济结构的差异也导致了财政收支和FDI对经济影响的差异；人均存贷差对东部整体影响的不显著，说明了东部地区储蓄转化为投资的无效率，但人均存贷差对东部三个区域却存在不同影响。
